haha, i read my poem again and find that its quite horrible, like no nice ring and rhyme to it.

amos commented the other time that our church peoples blog all quite boring, i didn't know how to respond la. , no actually i wanted to snap at him and act annoyed with what he said, but didn't la, no use. what does he expect man, stupid comment.

clarice bdae was fun! glad we didn't sit on the bungee jumping thing in the end. its really a waste of money. mind's cafe was so much bettter though its just still as expensive.

i'm glad i went for prayer meeting after that though. sorry siti for not going home with you!

there's alot of problems that are happening in the lives around me, and yet we must still learn to see the goodness of it all. though its hard to see how to solve the many problems, but God will make a way. its hard to trust not leaning on our own understanding, but we must do it, together as one body.

The Meadow

Sitting on the window sill,
Gazing far out to the meadow.
Her throat; as dry as a desert,
her nostrils; stuck with uncontrollable sorrow
her eyes; exhausted from days of secretion.

a woman, in her twenties,
whose husband was killed after a row
between a bus driver and a policeman
just 2 kilometres south west of the meadow.

this poem was composed when i was lying on my sofa trying to sleep last night. i just kept thinking that i wanna write this emo paragraph to describe my flu and ya, thats what i came up with.

chronicles of the knee abrasion.

i just took this pic today morning. its infected again!! and i have resolved not to go to the polyclinic anymore cos it seriously doesn't help. it became bigger after rock climbing yesterday.

this was the bigger boil i had last month.


it looks super disgusting! and i feel like jsut smashing it.

SAT!!

i'm sitting for SAT this sat at ajc. i have to report there at 7.45am. sounds so early. although some may see this is a waste of my time but i beg to differ. it really helped me learn lots of new words cos i'm forcing myself to memorise them. and i really hope this would help in my gp. the emotional workshop - COPES was really good cos i used their nice notebook to write all my vocab words!

there's charis kidz camp tmr so how the icebreakers go fine. and it will be fun for all the kids!! and they wont miss me when i leave in the evening, haha.

my sis just received this 12cm wedge shoe by mail that cost 30 US. it was so hrd to walk in it, was like leaning forward. i must practise wearing high heels more often:)

RECounting an interesting incident that happened to me last sat:

i rushed to catch Bus 70 across the road to go to church.
First Kind Gesture: the bus driver stopped like a few metres after the bus stop to wait for me to cross the road and board the bus
having rushed out of the house, i left my wallet at home. i had no ezlink card and no money to pay for the bus fare. i frantically looked all over my bag although at the back of my mind i knew there was no money kept in any part of the bag at all. i called my sis to bring my wallet to church later.
Second Kind Gesture: the bus driver said its ok, but he just scolded me for not telling him earlier cos i just stood there and searched my bag for my wallet and talked to my sis on the phone.
Third Kind gesture: towards the middle of the trip, he said " xiao mei, lai lai" i went to the front and he presented me with 10 BUCKS and his OWN EZLINK CARD to use! i was shocked by his generousity. i refused him time and time again about the money cos i really didn't need it and i really didn't need his ezlink card either since i wasn't taking any other bus after 70. but he SHOVED IT INSIDE MY POCKET.
i had no other choice but to accept it. i felt so guilty after that, but at least i didn't actually use the 10 bucks; i gave it as thanksgiving offering.

this morning, i sent a feedback to sbs about the super nice bus driver. i hope he actions will be acknowleged not only by me but all his colleagues too!

arghh, some things are just soo big that i can't get them off my mind!!
and i have decided to run twice a week from next week onwards.
singapore flyer was fun! we were really tourists.
realised i've been with sheryl almost every day this week..
i wanted to watch cricket but apparently, cricket just doesn't get as much attention as soccer does.. eventhough it may be third and fourth placing.
dunno if i should go for pop cos i need to study for sats.
had chem test today. scored 6 out of 15 for it which is pretty good considering i did it very fast and went toilet to pee and shit when everyone was still like doing the test!! i think the latte that i drank really made me go to the toilet more.
hope wayne is doing fine, hope he grows spiritually.

my sis just shouted at me for using her facial wash when i didn't even know it was hers. i just use anyone that is in the toilet la. she could have told me earlier. her screaming is like a bee. i hope she doesn't read this but why can't she just share the facial wash! i can just pass her money if she doesn't want to what, why must she scream at me three times about using her neutrogena!
